Anna Neverova
Founder & CEO
Anna is an investor and operator who began her career at McKinsey Investment Office in New York, trained as an investment banker at UBS, and later moved to private credit and principal investing. She holds a Master's from Stanford GSB and serves as Board Director & VP on the Executive Committee of the GSB Alumni Association.
Thokozile Soko
Senior Associate
Thokozile leads operations and client deliverables at Phi. As the firm's first hire, she brings expertise in fundraising processes, client advisory, and market analysis. Thokozile holds a Master's from King's College London and serves on the Bard College Board of Governors.
Nathan Cho
Product Engineer
Nathan is a software engineer at Phi, contributing his technical expertise to empower the venture ecosystem through product development and strategic client insights. Nathan's passion for coding began at age 13, and he holds a Computer Science degree from Bard College.
