Anna Neverova

Founder & CEO

Anna is the Founder and CEO of Phi, and is on a mission to connect people with opportunities — by helping founders and emerging managers source capital and talent. At Phi, Anna leverages her extensive network in the venture ecosystem and experience in finance to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Prior to founding Phi Networks Group, Anna built a successful career in finance, specializing in private credit and structured finance. Her 12+ years of experience includes roles at Amur Capital, UBS Investment Bank, and MIO Partners, where she focused on private markets and principal investing opportunities. Anna's passion for entrepreneurship led her to Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was elected Class President and immersed herself in the study of venture capital and building new ventures. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bard College, where she was a Levy Economics Scholar.
Beyond her role at Phi, Anna is deeply committed to giving back to the communities that have shaped her journey. She currently serves on the Stanford GSB Alumni Board, Bard College Board of Governors, and iMentor Young Executive Board — actively contributing to educational and mentorship initiatives. Having been raised in Moscow, Tokyo, and New York City, Anna brings a global perspective to her work and life. She now calls New York City home, where she enjoys connecting with fellow innovators and exploring the city's best ice creams and scaffoldings.

Nathan Cho

Product Engineer

Nathan is the engineer at Phi, on a mission to optimize and supercharge the venture ecosystem with technology. Nathan spearheads internal data product development and empowers clients through strategic insights, including competitive research and partnership development. He also plays a key role in fundraising operations, helping craft compelling pitch decks and demos, and drives marketing efforts, creating brands and digital contents.
Nathan’s journey into the world of technology and business began early; he started coding at the age of 13 and launched an app with over 300,000 users while still in middle school. Growing up in Korea, he consistently sought out opportunities to learn and build, working in startups since the age of 15 and attending Korea's top public high school for computer science. Fueled by a passion for entrepreneurship, Nathan moved to New York during college and pursued a degree in Computer Science at Bard College.
Ever since that first line of code, Nathan has been a passionate maker and aspiring entrepreneur. He thrives on the challenge of building innovative solutions and leveraging technology to create impactful change. Outside of work, you can find him on the desk perfecting regexes and pixels, and outdoors with his camera or soccer cleats.
